Ambulance Service of Israel
In 2017 and 2018, I was embedded with Magen David Adom, Israel’s national ambulance service. Over several weeks, I travelled the country, photographing alongside crews of Jews and Arabs, religious and secular - all united by the common cause of saving lives.
This series captures the quiet intensity of frontline responders — moments of stillness, resilience, and shared humanity.
The work was later published in two books, bearing witness to the lives behind the sirens.
